1. While having a great fame as redeemer of the fallen, is it good for You to remain without understanding?

2. I entreated You ‘protect me who has no refuge’; is it good for You to be not in agreement with that?

3. I said ‘one needs ten thousand eyes in order to behold You’; is it good for You to remain careless?

4. I said ‘I know nothing; Your holy feet alone are my refuge’; is it good for You to count (or consider) my faults?

5. Why this harshness because of Your grand illusion (OR) why this cruelty by Your deceptions? is it good for You to remain without supporting me?

6. I besought ‘please fulfil all Your promises made earlier’; is it good for You to remain without even talking to me?

7. O Lord Rama praised by Kings! O Protector of this Thyagaraja! O Lord found in the assembly of dependents! O Lord Rama! is it good for You to forget me?
